    Kyle Davis

    Owner | Head Chef
    Kyle started in the food service industry 30 years ago, when he was 15 years. A Massachusetts native he worked as a cook and kitchen manager in the Boston area before heading to college. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a degree in Hotel-Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts, he and his wife Jodi packed their bags and headed to Lake Tahoe. He found work in several Tahoe area restaurants including The Naughty Dawg, Sunnyside and Jakes, before signing on as a head chef at a Tahoe City catering company. Five years later, he was proud to open The Crest Café & Catering.

    Co-Owner
    As of October 2022 Nicole is a proud co-owner of The Crest Cafe. Born and raised in Alpine Meadows, Nicole achieve her goal of becoming an owner of a business at only 23 years old. She is extremely proud and honored to be such an important asset to the unique and welcoming environment of the Crest. She enjoys having the opportunity to build relationships with her customers and to make sure they have an enjoyable and memorable experience while visiting the Cafe. Nicole is always looking for innovative ways to better the restaurant for both her team members and each and every customer who chooses the Crest Cafe.
